Review for Jerome Estates Apartments

I lived here for two years and this place is gossip town. Everyone and their mother would know everything you have done in your life or about to do. This place is like jail. You are not allowed to have anything outside including your visitors. Maintenance are wannabe cops. They have access to your apartment 24/7. Even if you tell the office that they are not allowed. They don't care, they still go in anyways- present or not. They also do a sh*tty job fixing stuff. The noise level is a joke. There are people who don't even live there who decides to party at night in the parking lots. There are alot of problems out there. Believe me there is. I wouldn't recommend this place for families with children. There is barely an area for kids to play in and people drive like maniacs through there. Oh and to let you know the rent just keeps going up because of the suppose oil prices and they have retarded rules. Wait and see.

Its a nice place, every place has its problems,and the Maintenance crew are very nice and I think they do a good job at keeping the place up cleaning up after the slobs who live there,Must be someone who got evicted for not paying rent, don't belive that post not true at all!!!
