Review for Deerfield Park Apartments

Well Ill speak by the rate it. Safety Ive been fine so no problems so far. Parking is terrible can never find parking and to many people either park were ever or have more then 2 cars, An there are no assigned parking so good luck most of the time. The apartment complex looks good an clean but to many roaches they can never keep them out. The staff is nice for the most part but usually acts like they are beyond everyone that lives here. The maintenance of staff is quick to respond 90 percent of the time an they keep the place looking clean outside. Units are ok when you first move in not great condition. Lots of kids but at night mostly always noisy. Overall for the money you pay an the lousy parking an the bad service most of the time with the office staff plus noise levels i would say 2 rating.
