Review for Deer Valley Town Homes Apartments

These are advertised as luxury apartments in which they really are. The inside is very lavish and most of the apartments are brand new. The leasing consultant is very nice and any repair needed was completed promplty even if it was late at night. It is very quiet here, but take note that there are very few young indiviuals here. The neighbors are for the most part friendly and it is a very safe community. I have actually left the complex and left the garage door open all day and no one even bothered to take a snoop around. The only negative comment is the club house. It has been yet another year and no club house. However, it is now being constructed so it should be ready for use shortly. Keep in mind luxury comes with high prices.
Overall this was a great place to live, even though there are negative reviews on other properties Eric Santini owns. Maybe he should now focus on those!
