Don't expect them overnight. Also, if you work for a living, be prepared to come up 1 1/2 months security. Being that there is no security there, they should pay you security just to live there. Way too expensive for what you get. Try to park-you can pay additional for an inside spot-and have lime seep onto your car and ruin the finish, or park outside where imbeciles in oversized trucks park in such a way that you can't even get into your own car. If you live welfare and don't care about money, move here.
