Review for Broadmoor Apartments

Broadmoor Apartments (formerly Apple Hill Apartments) is an ok place to live but the main complaint has to be the office staff. Don't even think of asking them for anything as they are cold, difficult, and lack any compassion. Also they have no appreciation for a tenant that has been living there for a while. When my parking spot was accidentally given away as a temporary reserved spot, the office staff didn't apologize for the error. Instead, they basically told me that it will be resolved in time. It took a week for me to get back my originally assigned spot. In addition, clogged and overflowing toilets over the weekend don't qualify as emergencies.

I'm actually pretty disgusted at how they treat people.

I would definitely look elsewhere for a place to rent. There are other places where the office staff treat tenants a lot nicer and will take care of them.
