Review for Carabetta Management Co Apartments

I rent from carabetta on sandy lane in norwich. Its true theylove to RAISE YOUR RENT! I moved in and before a month was up they was harrasing me with papers to fill out wanting to know everything I showed them less then a month ago. But then when I lose my job and call to have my rent modified because it is a sliding scale they ignore my numerous requests. Also they do inspections ALL THE TIME. Not to mention a RENT INCREASE for all units yearly! Matter of fact they just had a increase of 50 dollars.Watch out for neighbors who hang on their porches ALL NITE an when they decide they dont like you they call CARABETTA with lies! Next day CARABETTA sends a sheriff to serve you and you have to pay all the fees even if it wasnt true.Did I mention the interragation you will recieve when you go to sign your lease?? like----if we see this or that YOU WILL BE EVICTED! I turned the electricity on the next day I moved in and they sent me a bill for 1.87 for using the electricity in their name for a half nite. They threatned to kick me out for it lmao carabetta is a joke. DID I MENTION ROACHES?? YES ROACHES! I called and they did nothing about it. TO sum it up dont waste your time here unless you want to be harrased by housing on a regular basis..live with roaches..and put up with lying neighbors.I am looking for another place to move!
