Review for Morningside Commons Apartments

I come home today to find out that the management came into my apartment without notice. They used my personal belongings to do some pluming work and also left mud all over the carpet leaving me to clean up. I had asked the realtor if it was quite with a reply of yes, unfortunately I can hear people using the toilet at night. One day I was told I had to vacate the apartment at 6:30am with out notice so they could replace the deck. The mentality here is, you may give me money but I own the building and I can do whatever I want. They also do a horrible job with snow removal, this year I saw a car slide into a parked car due to snow not being removed and turning into ice, they were not driving wreak lace. If you must live here get used to walking over 5 feet of ice to throw your trash away. Lastly, you have to wait for 3 to 4 months for regular repairs to be made after calling and mailing requests for weeks. My shower broke and didn’t work for a couple days.
