Management is NOT professional. Would not survive in the business world. And for that, they suck.

Impossible to get a lease, unless you force your way in. In retrospect, not worth the effort I put in.

Only reason I wanted in was because my wife and I took a walk one evening, and found a vacated apartment unlocked. I was attracted to the wood floors and airy spacious feel. Like a small townhouse.

Otherwise, if you want a tour. Forget it, not gonna happen. Just take a walk, find a vacant one, and sneak in the back porch sliding door.

Tennis and Pool are both never open.

Laundry rooms are sort of dingy.

Heat is NOT included in Rent. I found out one UI bill into my second month that I'm paying for the Heat, because nothing else in my aparmtment would warrant 278 kwh of electricity useage. My last all-electric apartment I used up a peak of 255 kwh and that was paying for electric water heater, stove, and elec heating. This one has free hot water, gas stove and gas furnace (heat pump). So, what's eating up the electricity? What the hell? The electric meter goes way too fast when nothing is on except for the furnace...(shut off all breakers except furnace's)
