Rented: From 2001 To 2001

Frequent rent increases.
Lots of parties. Often noisy until the kids have to get up to go to school. Not a good place for children or if you do not party or do drugs. Within 48 hours of moving in, you will be questioned of your drug use, HONEST.
The tenants control the property manager. They got him snowed.
So many people live in some of these apartments that the owner has no clue who the tenants are. Doesn't care either.
If you do decide to move in, good luck AND MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE RENTER'S INSURANCE. If things get bad, don't worry, you are not alone. Check the court records! Check city hall! Check with former tenants!
