Review for Liberty Building Apartments

Great place to live if you want to be in downtown and not have a car.

The courtyard side is very noisy at night due to the restaurant patio and a night club hidden in the back of the courtyard. You cannot keep your windows open, and even closed it is a noticeable noise.

Parking is an extra fee, and the garage is not connected to the building. It can be quite a walk and even tough if you have bags to carry.

Nice floor plans, very high ceilings, loft units available. No complaints about that.

The staff were always exceptional; friendly and helpful. Packages were accepted and delivered right to your apartment.

The building had secure front and back doors, though it was connected to the restaurant on the first floor, and the staff there often flew in and out of a private entrance into the lobby.

I would recommend it if you want the convenience of being downtown, but you should try and stay on the front or non-courtyard side of the building.
