Review for Glenbrook Apartments

We really had a bad experience with the management. They showed us how unprofessional they are and what depths they can go to harrass residents.

During our search for best apartment, they disclosed the confidential & private lease information with one of their competitors and put us in a difficult situation as the competitor decided not to let us move in as their special pricing info got leaked.On top of this, Glenbrook Management was very callous on their doing when we enquired back.

On certain other accounts also the current Management does not score too good. Yes they are very communicative in sending out flyers to residents, but only when its too late and the residents have already discovered about difficult sitautions like Hot water not being availabe, on a week end. Three times in a year situation. The Mainenance hot line is a pain and generally even if you do manage to register your complaint, almost every time no one calls back. House ceilings are old and uneven, internal work is too patchy and half heartedly done. Apartments are over priced compared to competitors by a very good margin.

Bottom line, look elsewhere before you consider this property. You might be better off. Don't get too tempted due to Heat/Hot water included enticement.
