I've lived at Stepny Place for over 3 years. I'm a single professional female who is happy to say the rent is more than fare I pay $870- a month and get free heat, hot water my gas for cooking, a sparkling pool, gym & suana and I enjoy it all including the friendly staff, professional management company & excellant maintenance service. my building is always kept clean and I have met so many wonderful/friendly neighbors.
