Overpriced Half Emty Building

Rented: From 2007 To 2008

The building is half-emty. People are moving out and cannot sublet because the landlord/owner wants to tie you to lease. It's not like in other rental building where you can get flexibility on lease-term. Every year lease is raised by 10%. No amenities, except doorman for part-time. During the day, there is very noise all around because a couple of illegal maintenance guys pounding, drilling around. The building is located on very traffic intersection-3 major streets-Strawberry Hill, Hoyt & Grove. Day and night a lot of noise. Super lives on premises. But try to ask anything to fix-you will be fed up with promises but no realty. They can enter your apartment any time they want. Glad to get out
