THE APARTMENTS ARE LARGE - MAINTENANCE IS GREAT. PLENTY OF PARKING. BUT, THEY ARE WAY OUT-DATED....25 YEAR OLD BATHROOMS AND KITCHENS. THERE ARE BETTER VALUES (NEWER APARTMENTS) IN THE AREA FOR THE SAME MONEY OR SLIGHTLY MORE....SHOP AROUND FIRST AND COMPARE WHAT YOU GET FOR WHAT $$$. ECONOMICS LESSON 101: IN THIS TYPE OF PRICE RANGE - BE REAL SMART AND JUST BUY A CONDO OR SOMETHING...
