Review for Villa Apartments

I normally do not write reviews but in an attempt to steer people away from having the same experience as me I suggest you stay clear of the santini properties. I moved in at the beginning of summer - the apartment averaged 74-78 degrees with the a/c on. Parking is terrible - good thing there are numbered spots. There is little to no visitor parking because the other residents snag the spaces due to only one space per apartment - regardless of the amount of bedrooms. Lots of little things need improving - ie the roof. This past friday a small storm blew through. It was raining inside my apartment when I got home. Of course nobody could be bothered to throw a tarp up on the roof to minimize damage inside the apartment. The office staff is concerned about you...your money. They are quick to respond to a late payment and slow to respond to any other questions you may have..when is my stove getting fixed... they also have a tendency to show a demo apartment and you 'actual' apartment is nowhere close to what you thought you were signing a lease for. Steer clear of santini.
