The former manager has rented to people who are very questionable and I wonder if it has to do with his commission. Years ago this was a very respected community and you cannot say that today. NOw the new manager has to work hard and clean up the mess that he left. If you really need to move into Waterbury this is still the place but the new manager has to be in the office when people walk-in and call on the phone and they have to make maintenance punctual and reliable. I wonder if this is a way to sabatage the new manager by being inconsistent and late to make repairs.
Barry has been there for 17 years without incident and they dismissed him and we all wonder why?
