Review for Sedgwick Apartments

One individual in the bldg smokes cigars 24/7 - the smoke fills our apartment, our clothes smell horrible, we are embarassed to bring anyone over, etc. Managment cleaned the stairwell and called this individual. He promised not to smoke inside but it's too late - the smell is everywhere - cigars are much worse than cigarettes. We cannot open the windows because he sits outside the window and smokes. Our ac runs 24/7 because of this and our bills are getting high. We are very unhappy here. We have asked to get out of the lease, but the response was not promising. This individual also is very creepy - I will not walk the dog at night because he sits outside all the time. I will not go in the basement alone to do laundry for fear he will be down there. He also blasts music and tv 24/7 at a crazy volume. I have to put a loud fan next to my ear to reduce the tv noise while I sleep. This is not how I want to live for the next 11 months. Maintenance still has not fixed the issues in the apartment and it's been a month. Please ask to meet your neighbors if you are going to move here. You don't want the misfortune of moving into my unit when I can finally get out!
