Review for West Side Property Management Apartments

I lived in an apartment for 4 years and couldn't move due to personal reasons. This place is dirty and in all the years I lived there they never improved the grounds whatsoever - they made some repairs to the parking lot but the common areas of my building was disgusting. The walls are made of paper and the smells from all the people cooking is enough to make you sick. The parking lot is dim and is not safe whatsoever - a woman was chased into her building one time but a nutcase. The staff...all they care about is making $ and don't care about the needs of their residents. There are many one bedroom aparments where there are 5 or more people residing and that is against code - the office could care less. As long as they collect a check that is all that matters. The pool - nasty! Maintenance of the property interior and exterior...sucks. Let's not forget about the cockroach problem they have from the filthy people who live there. I urge all of you not to live here - you will be sorry you did.

The picturs online...that's their model unit and I can tell you that the apartments do not look like that.
