Review for Grove Hill Apartments

I have lived here for Seven years and I have hated every minute of it. It's a nice started place for someone to get on there feet and get out. I live on the third floor and can hear everything under and around me. It's so bad when I turn out the lights on my bathroom and its dark and the neighbor next to me is in his bathroom i can see the light from his side. People smoke pot here and it smell like they are sitting next to to you doing it. Drunks live across the hall and bang on the walls. Music is play all hours very very very loud. Past by this place if your looking for somewhere to live. IT'S A TRUE DUMP.
