Review for Willow Grove Apartments

The apartment complex is beautiful and safe. But the overall satisfaction was put to test when my master bedroom's toilet clogged. There was water all over the place and even on my bedroom carpet. The maintenance guy came in 8 min and by that time the water had stopped flooding. He advised us to keep the clogging pump handy at all times in case of such situation. He didn't bother to clean the mess and remove the standing water in the bathroom and left the place with his dirty wet shoes imprints on the carpet. This is really unfortunate because it is not my job to clean the mess that is created by non functioning of the toilet. I am paying a heavy rent and I deserve a good level of service. So overall you can enjoy living in this beautiful complex until you experience a situation similar to mine.
