If you are looking for a short term roof over your head, whether or not the roof is falling in, then this place may be for you.

The tenants within the complex are quite diverse and for the most part are respectful and quiet. As for security, your on your own. The lighting is ok, there is no security and the police are rarely observed on site. You see a tow truck in the lot repossessing a vehicle more than you see law enforcement. You have to be watchful over your own property.

When you read the lease agreement it is stated that you have 2 parking spaces, the web pages will tell you that it is assigned parking; however you are only assigned one space, the other space you have to find on your own. If the property management doesnt like where you have parked, they will call your house and let you know they are not happy until you move your vehicle.

As for the appearance, if you like 1970's era pea-green paint and brick you're in for a treat. There is a noisy landscaping crew that comes at 7am a couple times a month and they try to make things look better. However they think nothing of blowing cut grass all over your steps and vehicles. As of July the pot-holes in the parking lot created from the snow plows last winter have still not been filled. However the property managers new Mercedes looks increadable outside the leasing office.

The management staff here is the most unprofessional, rude, obnoxious, inconsiderate, demeaning and derogatory group of people I have ever met, with the exception of the maintance man. NOTHING IS EVER FIX EFFICENTLY, but that is due to the budget restrictions that they place on the maintnance man. Dont spend any money and never work more than 40 hours a week. In the past 9 months we have requested that problem in the apartment be fixed and management will not allow maintnance to fix it. In the winter the heat never works, we went more than a week without heat in below freezing outside tempatures. Rent was increased without notice. From time to time the managemnt will call you to see if you are moving out soon and we have even overheard conversations before where the management staff has turned away renters due to the fact they collected social security benifits.

The units were constructed in 1963 and they are still wired and maintained to the 1963 building codes. EVERYTHING is painted the same
