Review for Manchester Green Apartments

If you are on section 8 or welfare here is the perfect place to be,you will find a lot of tenants in your category. If you are working and responsible this is definetely not a place for you to be because there are two floors and if you live on the 1st floor you will get hell from your tenants on the second floor because the floors are hardwood. Management not good, they constantly change management and office staff because nobody knows the hell what they are doing. Maintainance staff not bad. The condition of the place dirty, need a lot of cleaning and upgrading, parking is terrible, you need a hangtag to park inside, if you don't have a hangtag you are suppose to park on the streets,but this is not like this everybody parks inside and when you as a tenant come home late at night there is no parking space available. Rent is too high for no amneties such as club house, recreation room or anything. Again if you are a responsible individual consider other apartment complex.
