I moved in 3 weeks ago, the windows didn't open, the screens were torn, the closet doors were broken, 2 of the four light fixtures didnt work, the heat was stuck on at 80, and then went off. It needed new parts and they would not get them over nighted, so we had no heat for five days, in october. IT WAS COLD. The washer and dryer did not work, they said they could not fix them, this place was a disaster
