do not live here!! yes there are parking for your vehicles but the spaces are too small!! my car has all kinds of dents. its not a safe place for kids, drugs are dealt at the basketball court. management sucks! they screw you out of your security deposit by saying you left damages.. so take pictures when you move in and move out.
the appliances are old, it took 2 weeks for them to replace my fridge and i lost all my food.
the groundskeeping is not very good.. people litter all the time and it is never picked up..looks very dirty.
the floors in apt are very creaky. plus you can hear your neighbors very clearly! also, they say tenants are kicked out if they have more than 2 noise complaints but they don't get kicked out.
