Review for Water View Court Apartments

I have lived in 7 different apartment places in the last 7 years. This was by far my worst experience. They started with saying I had not payed rent and that I was being sued and takin to court, as well as having to pay late fees. I had payed my rent on time and it took me months to prove that and clear everything from my name. Then they would send me my utility bill on (for example( 10/15/2007 and the due date of the bill that had to be mailed was 10/15/2007 I would have no choice but to be late, and thus paying or fighting another late fee. This went on until I finally moved out. Management changed 3 times, where rent was mailed was changed 3 times and you cannot ever speak to a manager.

I had a broken air conditioner that was not fixed, poor heat, and finally a rat/mouse problem. They actually told me there was nothing they could do for the mice and recomended I go to Home Depot and buy traps myself. They are by far the rudest people I have ever met and if you sign the lease there, beware.

The main outside doors are not locked and shady people lurk in the hallways at all hours of the day, The apartment doors have one lock. Its extremely easy to break into a place and there isnt anything you can do to protect yourself. I had a theft issue from the maintenance man to top it all off.
