They say rent here is between $700 and $800 well it actually comes out to about $1100 after utilites, they do not include anything, the tenant is responsible for every utility. Also office staff very non-caring for residents. Maintenance issues rarely handled right away if at all. Buildings are poorly constructed, bug infestations, and apartments fall apart. I wish there were something good to say but there isnt, the office girls are nice, thats about it.
