Review for University Village Apartments

i moved in these apts. in 2006. my car was broken into twice. there was a ton of repairs that needed to be done before moving in that was never done. my rent was raised over a hundred dollars at second lease renewal. so i asked to be transfered to an upgraded apartment. my apartment diminsions is smaller and the upgrade only gave me a washer and dryer with a run down apartment. i have had several complaints to office and nothin done. not to mention that my rent was raised again for getting the washer and dryer. the floors are terrible, there are wholes in ceiling, master bathroom closet is disgusting, windows were the worse, and the pool has been getting repaired since i moved in. if management cared more about residents this could be a great place to live. but for the money they want its not worth it. im just waiting for my lease to expire and im out of here. ill be paying $1000 if i renew my lease again. thats a mortgage. and they are decent apartments but not for that kind of money.
