A Nice Place To Live

Rented: From 2005 To 2006

There is not a better community in the surrounding area! The staff is quite helpful, although it does seem to have a large turnover in the office staff. The Manager (acting mgr) would however, benefit by developing people skills,and return phone calls in a timely fashion. The maintenance staff appears to do the best that can be done in spite of seemingly working under-staffed. I enjoyed my stay there and would recommend this property to others. I did not find any other location in the area that did compare to Brandywine Woods.
