Rented: 2007 To 2009

The most unpleasant experience were of course bats that live on the roof of the building and fly inside the apartment once on a while. The place smells like their feces. Not to mention lots and lots of roaches. They charge separately for water and sewer and we got the bills over $250 a month!!! Poor management and total rip off.
