Well, let me say that since I starting living at The Ashley in Jan 2008 it has come a long long way. New owners have taken over and a wind storm of changes took place. The grounds look better and a true caring attitude about their tenants and how the apartments maintained was established. I loved the new owners so much I actually renewed because they are just soooo amazing. The condition of my unit has improved since the new owners took over. Items needs repair are done timely.
