Review for Perkins Property Apartments

The landlord is not only unfriendly but inefficient. I had a broken air-conditioner for 4 months, my oven has been broken for 2, and whenever I call I am treated like garbage. The landlord has used profanity on the phone with me and has made numerous false accusations against me. I have other student friends that have rented from Perkins in the past and vow to never rent from them again. This has been a truly miserable experience!
