Review for Perkins Property Apartments

Don't ever bother to make an appointment, don't reserve the property... don't ever give them money before you READ all the agreement and check with a lawyer. You will end up paying 200 to 300 per month more in "fees" that they invent. They treat you like garbage, they think that they are doing you a favor letting you live on their place. It's the worst place you can find. They will threaten you for eviction for any diasgreement, litterally every month. WATCH OUT - ,.... and forget about yout security deposit, you will never get it back
