Review for Archstone Communities Apartments

I've lived here for quite a while it used to be a very good place. The trash area is a major problem, usually its ok,,often though bags are piled up high for the length of the walkway like 10-20ft sometimes. it gets backed up then everyone starts throwing their bags ontop of everyone elses. The frt gates work sometimes but, have been hit soo many times I cant even count. because everyone following someone else in. The last year or so it seems like the staff is letting anyone into this place,(The co. has gone through several staff chges in the past few yrs.) it's getting more ghetto by the minute it seems. ( Its too bad) we used to have really good office staff, now they're kind of like hey at least we have a job. I've never had a security problem, Coral Springs is usually a clean area. the local elementary school (Park Springs is Great..A+ School...)(the middle & high sch. _well not so great). alot of law enforc people live here. Maint. is pretty good. the worst Ive heard is several residents complain about the old, dirty carpets. I mean you can only clean them so much. Its cheap & inexpensive. The buildings have all been painted, roads have been repaved, grounds are upkept by a good co., but if you have problems with staff you have to contact their corporate office. I wish they would put better rest. on new residents. the longer you live here the higher your rent is. compared to new residents who end up paying less than you even though you've been here longer.
