Review for The Water Club Apartments

This is the absolute WORST place you can ever live. That is unless you want to get robbed or shot. I moved in to an absolutely filthy appt, which is what they deamed as "clean". I had written down EVERYTHING that was wrong with the place on the movers check list (ex: holes in the walls, burn marks on the counters & what had to be the lochnes monster living in the drip pan of the AC unit). In a 600sq ft appt the FPL bill was ALWAYS over $150 due to the front door unable to be closed all the way so, when it would rain the ENTIRE front "foyer" would get saturated, carpet & all. We LITERALLY had robberies on a constant basis in the middle of the day, tenants vehicles stolen, stray pitbulls wondering around & you'll NEVER be able to get in touch with ANYBODY from the office. Maint. had to be called & you might see them in 3 wks. & your security depo...you'll NEVER see that again because the manag. will make up ficticious problems which will coincedently = your EXACT depo. It would just be better to condemn the place & live on the streets.
