Rented: From 2007 To 2009

If you live by the street the noise is terrible. The windos are so old. Some of them are loose. Maintenance is only painting the outside walls, but inside the apartments everything is old and with mold. The A/C Units are the oldest I have seen. The roof leak avery time it rains. I lived there for a year and there were like 10 cars with windows broken. The pool sometimes looks green. The chairs of the pool are all with mold on the back. And all of this fo $1100?!
