Park Colony is an over priced facility in which the owners feel they do not need to up keep security, cars have been stolen out of the parking lot due to the gates never working, no evening security. People have been robbed while sleeping in their units.

there is mold and the way they deal with it is a fresh coat of paint. This should be reported to the City for mold problems.
