At first glance this apartment complex is great because the landscaping is beautiful BUT don’t be fooled. Once you go into an apartment you will find 1970's appliances, roaches, even mice. They have remodeled many of the units but they are even more over-priced. The other comment about the security is dead-on and I agree with 100%; gates are always broken and there is no security. The office staff will treat potential renter’s 10 times better then long time renters; I have many examples of this but will not go into detail, but trust me, BEWARE. If you have other options I'd stay away from this place.
