Rented: 2008 To 2009

there is no maintence. i have to non stop call corprate to get things fixes, like my plumbling. it was infested with roached when i moved in. im still bombing and sprating. my heat doesnt work and because there is no landlord i have a hell of a time getting someone to fix it. the worse ive been in.

There is a maintenance tech and an on-site manager at this property. We also have a monthly pest control service and I've not experinced any problems with roaches. Did you talk with the pest control service tech when they came in to do their monthly preventative treatment? As for being the worse place to live, It may not be the "Ritz" but it is a nice place to call home and afforable. Sorry for your bad luck but I like it here!
