Review for Cyrwus Floral Gardens Apartments

the office staff is not helpful. the "manager" rarely takes care of issues. i've had a problem with roaches and ants since the day i moved in. they come around to spray once every other month in the apartments themselves but refuse to take care of the numerous anthills around the premises to prevent further infestation. they don't spray anywhere but the kitchen and front door, yet the ants are crawling OUT OF THE WALLS in the bathroom and both bedrooms. the roaches seemed to have been less since they sprayed, but they said they'd set up traps for both insects. I have yet to see it happen.
as far as safety, im not so sure. the cops show up here 4-6 times per month. ambulance and fire rescue less so, but still too often to feel completely secure.
the one maintanence guy is the most respectable staff member here. 2 of the managers rarely have a clue of whats going on while the other is never in the office.
there seems to be more children living in the area than adults so it's rare to have a quiet afternoon.
other than that... you get what you pay for.

Negative review unfair: Tenant broke the lease after 5 months of residency, had an unauthorized pet living in unit and had extra people living in unit. Apartments have bi-monthly pest control and unit had no problem with infestation prior to tenant moving-in. Floral Gardens is located in a quiet residential neighborhood that has local police officers patrol the neighborhood regularly. Our staff prides themselves on the high quality of service we offer our tenants and are available during and after business hours.
