I moved in and immediately realized why there was so many guys going in and out of my next door neighbors apartment. She was a prostitute! The parties lasted all night, and they would sit out front and talk about what they were going to do to get more money to buy more drugs. The building across the courtyard apparently was host to a bunch of newly turned 21 kids that partied every night and just about every night there was a fight that I got to wake up for. Then I moved into a different building, which was more quiet, but management is still aweful to deal with, especially the piece of trailer trash Sheena they have in there. Her fake "nice" attitude stinks more than the Big Lots brand perfume she wears.
