Rented: From 2000 To 2005

Horrible management. They do not care at all. Most of the complex has recently converted to condo units so no real maintenance at all. The 1200 West Ave building has flooded twice this week making the lobby smell like a wet dog and the 7th floor flooded yesterday ruining the already filthy carpet and several units. The filthy water was dumped down the fire stairs to the basement 7 floors below. Now the whole building stinks like mold and mildew.
