On the recommendations of a friend, who lives there. The staff seems willing to work around my schedule for move in - even was helpful choosing a unit that is quiet - has a great view of the lake rather than a parking lot. Every time I have been on the property, you can see they really keep it up. I don't see alot of trash or weeds. One thing I liked about this complex is the staff actually lives on the property too so they care about how it looks and how its being taking care of.
