My stay at Crystal Pointe was from 2000-2006. My apartment was a nice, spacious 2nd floor unit with ground floor entry and vaulted ceilings. The management office staff was always very nice and courteous and maintenance was fast. The grounds were always kept looking neat and clean. Once in a while we would have raccoons from the preserve next door be somewhat of a bother, but that's co-habitation for you. Overall, my stay was a pleasant one, and I would recommend it to my friends.
