Rented: From 2006 To 2007

The owner of these apartments rented me an apartment with 9 out of the 10 windows glued shut by a previous tenant. I filled out several Maintenance forms to have this taken care of. After 3 months of waiting, deducting 70% of my electric bill off of the rent, I finally got his attention, he fixed 1 window, but said he wasn't going to do anything else about it. Mind you, this man knew when he rented me the apartment, that all of the windows were glued shut. He comes across very personable and as he says "Christian", but he is a slum lord. I have a different view of what Christians act like.
