The place is horrendous unless you actually LIKE the ghetto. I lived here for three years and I used to joke with my friends about living in the "barrio". They don't maintain anything, and if something breaks, good luck. Human waste is occasionally found in random places on the property and there is always broken glass. I was SOOOO happy to move out but now I can't get my deposit back. They finally gave me a refund check on my deposit- but then STOP PAID it!! My attorneys are looking into it. Call them up and tell them you don't want to live there because you heard about how they lie about refunding their money, play games and stop pay checks. I seriously think they think they can get away with it because the people who live there are typically immigrant types and they can't do anything about it. I'm serious - call them up even if they're not on your interested list and tell them how horrible they are.
