Review for Huntington Place Apartments

I recently ended a lease with Huntington Place Apartments. The apartments themselves were not bad. They had plenty of storage and were bug free! The office managers on the other hand were not so pleasant. We had a leaking bathroom roof, and every time it rained it would rain in our living room. It took months to fix, and with a newborn that is a long time. They showed no concern about the issue, and acted like we were just overreacting. When we were finishing our lease, they would not verify to another real estate agent that we paid our rent every month, and so we lost getting the house we wanted. How disappointing when you spend so much time looking, and your hopes shattered because they would not verify that I even lived there. After moving out, not only did they not give our deposit back, but tried to say that we owed money. Being a professional house cleaner, I have an idea of what I was doing. But nothing is good enough for them. Last month they had over 20 aprtments vacated, and I can understand why. I recommend looking somewhere else first, as my experience was not a great one.
