Rented: From 2007 To 2008

Kitchens have very cheap cabinets and need an upgrade. Garbage at pool area is not removed consistently on weekends when there is high traffic. Clubhouse bathrooms need extra cleaning on weekends when there is high traffic. Needs more barbeque areas, there is only one at the pool area. The playground needs a make over. Management doesn't like residents to use backfield area for bounce houses etc.
