Run Down, Landlord Is Hard To Deal With!!!

Rented: From 2004 To 2006

Buildings are very old and need to be painted. UGLY property! ANTS, ANTS, ANTS!!! All over the place, landlord will not resolve the issue and always says "It's because we live in a Tropical environment" Carpers, stove, cabinets, counter tops, fridge, everything is old and beat up. Everything is from the 70s. Landlord is very stubborn, it's very difficult to talk to him. Makes you feel like he is just here to collect money the majority of the time.
