Review for Patrick Yon Apartments

He has dangerous (and shitty) home-made water heaters in his apartments. Termites are everywhere. He'll keep your deposit & give you, like he gives every tenant, a bullshit reason. Nothing he does is done properly, much less to code. He WILL enter your apartment without permission, and only admit he does when he's caught. I wish the City would crack down on this lowlife. I could go on about this jerk, but you get the gist & he's not worth our time. He owns 511, 515, & 525 Anastasia Ave. apartment buildings. Stay away. FAR AWAY.
