Review for Spring Habor Apartments

I just moved out of that community and is loud, Dirty, my A/C broke at least 4 times in a year and the heating never worked, the plumbing is old and literally falling appart. My unit flooded after the toilet broke due to corrosion and after the flood, the so called "manager" did not even change the carpet, she had me living in my unit for 3 days with fans blowing the carpet day and night and the a/C very cold....needles to say, they did not pay for the FPL bill or reinbursed me for any of the trouble caused solely by their negligence and horrible maintenance. Instead, the manager was very rude and nasty to say the least. The bathrooms in this community are falling apart and so are the washers and dryers. The community has huge colonies of all sorts of bugs. Trash is thrown in the floor and the dumpster its the filthiest thing I have ever seen. Police often comes to the neighborhood to have criminals arrested and houses get broken into. The packages you receive are lost or stolen. One of my packages was delivered direclty to the office and signed by a leasing office employee but it was never found. PLEASE, save yourself the nightmare and move somewhere else.
